Clusters do not come preset anymore, the dealer ship can hook your car up to the GM software website / computer and program the cluster. However if it is not the right part number for the vehicle it probably will not program.

Has any one put the 99' - 00' projector fog lights in a 01' - 03' Tahoe or Yukon. I found some on EBAY, it looks like it would fit but I havent been able to find anything on searches. Thanks
