You said you greased everything. Did you clean all corrosion and debris before greasing and where did you grease at. "Everything" doesn't tell me much. With any brake work, "cleanliness is next to Godliness". Was all pins and hardware replaced? I have seen pins be slightly bent that hang a...
Looks like a good candidate for that blower resistor, especially with the history. Glad he is ok and only minor burns. Sad to see a NBS Tahoe with low miles like that burn down.
Looks like is also available at RA: https://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo.php?pk=97164&jsn=713
If you order from RA I have a 5% discount code for you to use when ordering.
This is likely, no guarantee, the problem.

You can open this link at RA and it lists it but is out of stock. Contact them and see if and when they can get it. If they can, I have a 5% discount code you can use to order with. It is the first year of the NNBS and that is likely why it is hard to find...
Premium Smooth Ride: indicated by the RPO code ZW7. This suspension uses a conventional suspension in the front, but the rear uses a self-contained, self-leveling Nivomat shock in the rear. ... This is a RPO sticker for a GM SUV with Z55 Autoride. This sticker is always found on the inside of...
Basics first. Make sure the battery in the fob is up to snuff. Have you done any work recently to your rig, especially under the dash and make sure you check all fuse and relay locations under the hood and under the dash or at the driver's side end of dash. Also, this link is a known weak spot...
I had my 2002 Tahoe LT and loved it but always wanted a NBS Z71 in silver. I ended up finding this one thru Facebook Marketplace, mostly junk on CL, and it turned out the rig was 1/2 mile from my American Legion post I belong to. The owner was a Vietnam Vet like me and we struck a deal that I...
When you reassembled, hopefully you applied a thin film of grease at the o-rings where the quick connects attached at the lines. Is it all done now and working? If I was under there I would have replaced the evaporator cannister while in there. I am a very firm believer in replacing old parts...
Yes, my first thought is the oil pump pickup oil ring. On the newer NNBS rigs and maybe even the newer NBS rigs there is a screen filter for the oil sender that should be replaced. Do yourself a big favor and use quality GM parts, especially for the sensor itself.
Basics first. How old is the fluid and filter in the trans? What does the fluid look like? Is it full? You may have a solenoid or valve body problem. Have you looked for help at you tube?
You may have to replace both front wheel hubs and sensors and not just the one. You also need to inspect and repair as needed all the wiring from front and rear sensors. You may also, especially if live in the rust belt, need to go thru this...
Best to look at a few you tube videos of that work before you tackle it. Dealing with the rust and problems from that will not allow this job to be easy. The lines at the tank will be a flexible plastic line and not rubber unless it has been changed over. Due to the rust the disconnects will be...
I am not a newbie to Tahoe's but am to here. I belong to a couple other forums and am glad to have finally been activated here. I joined on the 9th of this month. I heard that activation is slowed by the dealing with spammers here. Hate them turds.
I am a retired ASE Master Tech and ASE Service...
