whats the best waynto figure out the cause of stack shifting. I hit 4 geat by 20 mph but after a little bit of driving it gose away and shifys fine

Basics first. How old is the fluid and filter in the trans? What does the fluid look like? Is it full? You may have a solenoid or valve body problem. Have you looked for help at you tube?
