2007 Tahoe Instrument Cluster PN?

Can anyone confirm the correct Part Number for the Instrument Cluster (DIC) for a 2007 Tahoe. gmpartsdirect has it as 20970650 but when I search for that PN I can't find ANYTHING on the internet for it.

Also, anyone know why these are so hard to find? I sent my VIN to instrumentclusterstore.com and all they did was reply and say they had nothing in stock. Also can't find this PN on ebay or really anywhere else. Should I be looking for a 2008 cluster instead? Was there something about the 2007 cluster that has made it so hard to replace?

You can open this link at RA and it lists it but is out of stock. Contact them and see if and when they can get it. If they can, I have a 5% discount code you can use to order with. It is the first year of the NNBS and that is likely why it is hard to find.
