Well the battery was full charged so Alt is working.

I took battery out, had a full charge. Put it back in, and got it started, hit the gas in park, killed it. Tried starting it again, acts like it has no power again. GOD this is so annoying

Hey.. I forgot to add in, when Im at a stop.. the truck feels like it wants to keep going, like its working against the brakes. Could the misfire be from it being out of time and running too fast?

Hate to say.. idle doesn't seem that bad, but when you bring it past 1,000 RPM its at its worst, then smoothes out above that.

oh wow Well, biggest thing is keeping in mind the sound. I just wanna hear some tahoes with the set ups were talking about, then I can go from there. Youtube isn't the best.
