I have an issue with dtc p0122. 96 Tahoe, 5.7L, 4x4. I have tried all that I can to figure this one out. The truck runs like crap, stalls, no power, trans shifts very hard into 2nd gear are the major symptoms. I have replaced the tps twice, done the routine voltage checks, looked for opens and shorts on all the wiring in the engine bay. This issue just wont go away. Does anyone have any insight on this p0122? I believe my next step will have to be to watch the live data on a scan tool, I dont have one and how much is a shop gonna charge just for diag time, unless I can find someone with a scanner?
I appreciate any help or solution, Thank you in advance!

EDIT:
I just just checked the voltage on the alternator, while truck was running alt was reading 13.8 and the battery was reading 12.7. I checked into this because the truck is hard cranking and the battery just doesnt seem to keep a charge, under 9v cold. I may be sounding dumb but is this the batt or the alt and would this cause false readings at the tps?
Thanks again
