I have a '95 tahoe with the split back doors and the left door with the interior latch won't open. Anyone know how to open the door manually or fix the latch. Also, I have a problem with two fuses blowing. The 1 fuse which is used for the stop/hazard lights and 22 fuse which is used for the turn signals. Usually only one or the other fuse blows at one time and then later on the other will blow. I'm guessing its a short somewhere, but I was wondering a easy way to determine how to find it.

Thanks,
Colt

Is the handle broken on the door? Mine broke and the handle would pivot, but wouldnt open the door. To fix it, you have to take the interior panel off of that door and then you can reach into the door and manually operate the latch rods to open it. The handle is held in by 4 studs with nuts on the inside of the the door shell.

As for the short, if it has trailer wiring, inspect the wiring and where it t's into the factory wiring. Also, check the tail light circuit boards on the back of the lights, they are notorious for issues.
