Starting issues

I have a 99 Tahoe 4x4 , and now sometimes it wont tuurn over.I changed the battery and cleaned all the conections. Still having problems,I was told it could be neutral safty switch, changed it ,still same problem,changed the ignition switch,what a pain it was to change,and of course still having the same problem.Anyone have similer isue that could help with this problem.Thanks

Haven't tested the starter yet. Didn't think
It would be that,but that looks like the next route
To take.Could the security keep it from starting
