What is it? Its suspension but only squeaks while driving so I can't put my ear to it. Pushing on it in the driveway yielded no results...lol

Could be a coil, one of mine was creaking a bit and I could only hear it when I jumped on the back like a gorilla. Put it on the lift at work and sprayed it down with some silicon on the top and bottom of the spring.

in my 06 i had a squeak like that, only when i moved it with the engine and it jumped up, Took it to my buddy who lifted it up and he put some lub on the E-brake lines and it worked, easy as pie. So look there.

From what I've seen the majority of squeaks from body on frame trucks and SUV's come from worn bushings. Greasing the bushings will usually cure the squeaks.
