Should I buy this Tahoe?

Hi I am new to the Forum and currently looking at purchasing my first Tahoe.

I do not have any pics but here is the info.

2003 Z71 Tahoe with 187K miles, Black, 5.3L, 4WD, Leather, Bose etc...

Here are the issues with it:

4WD switch engages between settings but the truck stays in 2WD? The owner did say sometimes it will engage.

Sun roof gets stuck open sometimes if you use it

Dash MPH gauge is randomly working

Exhaust Leak

Starting to show rust around Fenders, Bumper and Tail Gate(Michigan Truck).

The lady is willing to let it go for $3,000 to me and I am willing to do the work myself. I just don't want to purchase this truck and be in it near the price of a higher mile good working Tahoe. This will be my spare vehicle that I will sometimes use on 2 tracks. What is your thoughts?

Since it is a 2nd vehicle you can pretty much drag your feet and just go at it when doing the repairs.
