Noob with some ?'s

Sup fellas got a question for you expertise. I got a 01 Silverado HD and want a diff look in front end. I want the 03 Tahoe Z71 airdam/valance in place of mine. Im pretty sure it will bolt up as my friend has one and they both look the same. I'll be switching lights and all. I wanted to know where to get such a rare part (it appears) and maybe a GM parts #. Ive looked on GMPartsDirect and think I found one but am not totally sure if its it. Also found on RockAuto but just wanted to see what yall think.

You might also try an aftermarket repoduction parts seller. I don't know how much these cost, but on a generic piece like that, it could save you a few bucks and not sacrifice too much quality.

So will a Z71 airdam bolt up to mine anyone know? Im pretty sure they the same face bars arent they?

you might just check with the dealer on what will fit and part number, then buy it through ebay or reprod. seller like Big Tap said.

I'm not familiar with the HD, but if it's IFS I've heard that you can't have a lock or brake because the 4wd is activated inside the front diff and not in the hubs. That's what I was told when making the same iquiry on an other forum.

Like others have said i am not sure if it will fit(better check that with the dealer)but if it fits i would look on eBay.
