New to tahoes need help

I was looking for a writeup for a water pump change for a 99 5.7 4X4. Just bought it from the sheriffs auction today and noticed the water pump weep port is leaking a bit. Not a big deal i dont think but would appreciate any help i can get.

Very very easy IMHO. I did mine a year back and was shocked at how simple it was. Only trouble was the giant hex nut holding the fan on. I had to modify a large wrench to fit. All 4 water pump bolts are a straight on, nothing in the way.

Seriously. Very simple. Remove the upper fan shroud, the belt, the fan and the pump comes right off. Should take about an hour and a half.

Yeah i figured it out since noone responded and I had to do it yesterday. Was very easy to do...alot easier than i thought it would be
