98 Tahoe owner, 244,,000 miles and heater fan just quit blowing on low settings but will work on hi. It worked just fine on an 8 hour drive up to cold country but now that the outside temperature is around zero to 32 degrees it is acting up. Appreciate any clues as to what might be the problem.
Thanks

Heater blower out on low speeds

thanks for the speedy reply:

I will need a little help here. How do I access the blower resister? Is it under the dash. There's a black plastic box under the glove compartment in front of the right seat. Can it be accessed from under the dash or do I have to remove the dash plastic, "way beyond my skill level."

It is under the dash on the passenger side two screws will lower the dash under panel and two screws will remove the resistor it in the heater box next to the blower motor
