yeah you could get 350 out of a 305. u might need to bore it. Remember tho that many camaros have 305s and they manage to push quite a decent amount of horsepower out of them. but what kind of a tahoe has a 305 anyways?

I dont think the Tahoe came with a 305. just wondering about it cause some late models came with that.. Been thinking of that lately.

a 350 has plenty of potential, idk what your talking about but u can get 500+ hp out of a 350 pretty easily...

..Define "pretty easily." If you have thousands of dollars just hanging around, and can take the engine to a speed shop, hand them a huge check and say "make this put out 500+ hp" then yeah, that is pretty easy. I'll put it this way: 95TwinTT has a Tahoe with 575 hp, and he's probably got $17,000+ into that rig... and his engine is not a 350, it's a 383. That is a bigger bore and longer stroke, and he still needs 12 pounds of boost to make that power happen. 500 HP from a 350 doable? Yes. Cheap? No.
