I did that on my Tahoe as well, but with black inserts. Got a wrecked front end off ebay for 49 bucks and my friend and i put it together, but we filled the seams so it looks like it came with it OEM. The holes where the foglights have been routed with metal dryer vent hose to feed my air intake better. Took the tow hooks off and dropped in a set if PIAAs and wired them to original fog switch.
