I have access to a rotary lift and shop full of snap on tools. Could i save some money and install a lift myself? Of course it wouldn't be me by myself, i would have a buddy or two helping . I was thinking a 6" pro comp suspension lift. Thanks

i actually installed the same lift on my tahoe on my driveway using jack stands. there is some cutting and grinding that has to be done on the frame to make room for the new a-arm brackets, so unless you feel comfortable cutting on your ride, its not that hard. but the instructions are a little tricky to understand unless you have basic-moderate knowledge on suspensions and tools. if you need any more info on the lift, just hit me up. it took me 3 days. granted, budlight got in my way a little bit, but still took 3 days
