has anyone tried to make there own cold air induction out of abs/black plastic plumbing pipe? if so how were the results? did you like it, was it hard to make, where did you get supplies, and what were they?

I have seen friends build them out of just about everything, the only thing I would think about is making sure that the flow of the piping so to speak is as smooth as possible so that you don't actually decrease flow into the engine. Like I said though, I can't wait to see it!

i bought a nice aluminum one, filter included for $20.00 on ebay

went and got one of ebay but i might modify fender openings to get more air into it this weekend
