OK, so I did the retarded thing that I rarely do and bought the cheapos off ebay. I'm getting what I paid for.

It came with ballasts, harnesses for the bulbs themselves, and a housing for the wires to go into (waterproofing).

The problem is, the harness is probably a foot long total. I'm completely stumped as to how anyone could call this a "complete kit". I obviously need to get some wire to hook it up to power and ground, and then I have to figure out what the hell the spade connectors that are right next to the bulb are for. The bulb is already wired to the harness (with a quick-connect plug for the ballast).

Argh. Will take pics to describe further confusion.

I think I might know what you are talking about. I just put those 2 spade connecters in my factory harness then put on alot of electrical tape then zip tied everything tight against the bumper brackets.

Ok, I'm a retard. I totally forgot I ordered 2 sets.

Only one arrived tonight and it was for my wife's Mercedes C240... which uses a H7 lamp and plugs in by...

you guessed it, spade connectors.

Where's the headsmack smiley again?
