I just bought my first hoe. It's a 98. I have a couple issues. When I bought it it had a SES light, I figured it was emissions, wrong! P1345. Any ways, it hasn't had any trouble starting, not missing at all running great besides the 4 inches of play in steering wheel. Now last night I stopped at the store came back out to start it and nothing but a click. I figured the connection to the starter or the starter froze. I cleaned and checked all connections to starter because lights don't dim when attempting to start. I hit the starter and still nothing. Should I put a new starter in or could it be some deeper issue with that cam to crank sensor? Any help would be great. Thanks

If it's just clicking and lights are not going dim while attempting to crank then starter has gone to sh*t

Thanks! Put the new starter in today and she fired right up. The new starter was twice the size as the one I took off. The old one had junkyard writing on it so I guess someone put wrong one on. Idn, appreciate the help though!!!
