getting a tahoe (what upgrades)

I am pretty sure that I am going to buy a black 2007 Tahoe LTZ with black interior tomorrow with black 24"s on it. I am wondering what upgrades you guys would reccomend me getting for more engine performance and overall upgrades.

What I am looking to upgrade/get:

Stereo:
-Pioneer Avic D3 H/U
-Memphis highs/mids with amp (replace bose speakers)
-4 15" Memphis M3 Subwoofers
-1 2500w Memphis Mojo amp

Performance:
-airbox (what type?)
-chip (what type for most power? I don't need the most mpg just more power)
-exhaust (what type?)

Interior:
-Nice rubber mats
-Get rid of wood dash and put in carbon fiber or black dash



What other upgrades do you guys recommend?

Stereo:
That's a lot of bass...way too much for my taste. But none-the-less post pics if and when you do it.

Performance:
airbox - A lot of us have the volant on this site and everybody seems to like it
chip - Most people here lean towards the Edge evolution programmer
exhaust - Basically just depends what you want

Interior:
Mats - Weathertech.
Dash - on your own, I don't know of one.
