Electrical help??????????????

So, my wife calls me and tells me the battery light is on and nothing electrical is working. I go to look at it and when I start it everything appears ok, then instantly everything goes out. Instumentation, radio and most things come and go intermittently. Took it to auotozone and the battery and alternator check fine. The one light that is always on is the security light even when everything is operating properly. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Intermittent problem causes instrument panel to go crazy. Bells sound, ABS and red brake lights come on. Doors lock and unlock themselves. Sometimes all the gauges on the instrument panel go to zero. multiple error messages are given by the driver information display.

Problem solved

So I take the hoe to a shop today and thge problem was a piched harness under the drivers front seat. Appears that at the the first of the year I carried the hoe to an upholstery shop to have the drivers seat re-covered. They did not put the harness back in the retaining clips. As I was detailing the hoe moving the seat fowards and backwards i
I apparently pinched the harness. Right now the only instrument I am having problems with is the temperature guage.

so basically it was a bad ground then ? wow good job in finding it !
