Cam/ crank sensor problems

Hi I have a 05 tahoe with 300ish kms. I was getting p0342 code for the cam and crank sensors. I replaced both and still the same issue. I clear the code and it's back instantly. I have traced the wires back and no issues there. I am out of ideas
