back on the road now! how do i make her sound better?

ok. 1995 tahoe. done changing the brake master cylinder. now i have brakes. changed the rear differential oil, no more noise. she runs fantastic! now, how do i make her sound good? she's got a stock exhaust system, but i want to hear the V8 rumble. i can't drop a ton a cash into an exhaust right now, so what can i do for cheap, temporarily? glass pack and replace the muffler? that's what i'm thinking. pull the muffler and throw in a cherry bomb. anyone went that route?

i just put in a 40series flowmaster and reconnected the tailpipe back up and around 2,000rpm it sounds sick. my next setup will be a race style bullit muffler.

for about 20 bucks you can cut your muffler out, and weld some straight pipes in, it will sound real good if you have a 350 in there...loud! had it done to mine, until the land lord threatened to kick me out
