After market sub

Hi there, I have a 2008 LTZ and have an aftermarket sub and amp. I don't wanna put in an after market deck however would like the extra bass. What are my options? If i do go double din then I'll loose my Nav, controls to back seat audio ext. suggestions? I was in future shop and was told I can buy a component to hook off the factory stereo so I can utilize the Bose system and have extra base. Anyone out there done anything similar?
