99 Tahoe DRL not on

Can someone tell me where the relays are located for the DRL's? Checked fuse, OK.

I believe theyre under the dash built into the DRL box. but im not too sure, cuz HIDs+DRLs+remote start=blown HIDs. so i prefer to leave the fuse pulled.

It is extremely likely that the DRL diode is malfunctioning and needs to be replaced. I think this part is moderately difficult to reach because it is located deep underneath the dash. I have read that it looks like a heat sink and is approximately the size of a pack of cigarettes though if you would like to search for it.
