97 Tahoe electrical problem

Need help please,I have a 97 2 door 4x4 and this problem is killing me.
1) With the brake pressed the truck will stay running till you release the brake.
2) The right turn signal will not flash stays lit when turn on.
3) The key turned on the brake lights are on.
4) With the key out press the brakes and the drl come on.
5) The a/c fan switch quit working when this started happen.
The hazards work fine all the lights work.

1997 Chevy Tahoe 4X4 5.7l electrical problems:
Speedometer, Tachometer and Gear Selector Lights (PRN321) not working, other gauges and all gauge illumination OK. Prior to this issue, "Check Gages" light was flashing intermittently. Now it appears as solid when transmission is in 3.
