2015 Tahoe 3rd seat seat belt latch that comes down from ceiling

Anyone know how to unlatch the connection that comes down from the ceiling. The manual says there is a slot for a key, however mine dosent have that it has a red rectangle piece that is set in. Anyway how do you de latch it.

If you have a keyless remote, there is a key inside. My LTZ with power folding 3rd row seats does not have a mini-latch though
