2010 Transmission Shifts Hard Low Speed

I have a 2WD 2010 LT with 6 speed, purchased with 19K miles, now has 32K, I have noticed transmissions seems to shift hard at 20 to 30 mph. Any ideas or comments, thanks.

FYI, I visited a local transmission shop and the owner told me that the low speed shifting in the 2010 6-speed is just different vs the previous '04 4-speed. He said if there's a problem with the transmission the computer will send off a check engine light. All is good.

How many miles on it? Has the fluid been changed at all? Also, how do you drive it? If you drive it extremely easy trying to save on fuel, if you are a little too light on the throttle when the transmission reaches the shift point it may be changing hard as a result.
