The rear doors on my Denali don't always unlock. This happens either with the fob or when using the switch itself. Sometimes you can get them to unlcok by cycling the lock/unlock a few times, but other times, I have to reach in and unlock them manually. Any ideas?

It is a relay located in the inside fuse panel[driver door/side dash]. I had this problem just the other day when I met a guy halfway to possibly buy his tahoe. Got there and the rear hatch and rear doors wouldnt unlock. Did some googling and figured it out while we were there. Good thing, cuz i wasn't buying it without them working. You can take the relay out and put it back in sometimes to get it to work. I actually flipped the lock and unlock relays to try and get it to work. Hope this helps.
