Welcome to the Tahoe Forum. Is the same bulb used as a parking lite? If it doesn't work at all then probably bad ground to socket or broken 12V wire some where. Does the right front turn signal work?

thanks, i love these forums

no it's not the same on as the parking light. The parking light works there is 3 bulbs in there, it's the bottom one.thats the stop turn and hazard light. the guy at the aouto parts store sayed it might be the cicuit board that the lights connect to, what do you think? Yes the front blinker works.

Don't know about a circuit board. Check for +12V and ground at socket and if they're not there, then need to trace back and find where losing it.
