04 Tahoe AWD Feels stuck in 4WD

It feels as though the traction control is off and locked into 4WD. I've checked CV joints and no codes. i'm at a loss. Any ideas?

Welcome to the neighborhood!

I would go cehck out the front differential and make sure it has gear lube in it. Front differential, transfer case, etc. Check all the driveline fluids. Once that is done, double check your u-joints, etc. Let us know what you find.

Changed all fluids Finally ended up at the dealership and I need a new transfer case

Pump rub, have they installed it yet? I would order a Merchant Automotive Pump Rub Kit for it so that it doesn't happen again. Check out the link below.
