03 tahoe, a/c runs warm. full fluid.

The a/c on my wife's truck has been running great for years. This year though...... we took it into the a/c shop and he said I needed to fix the idle surges before he could into it. But he did check levels in the a/c. Everything was full and pressure was good. I did the surge fix. Just a quick cleaning in the TB. I went and bought a refill kit just in case. Hooked it up. Did what i needed to do. But it was reading full preasure. It is hot outside today. So it should read between 50 - 55psi. It read right at that. It won't blow could at idle. But the compressor is turning. Clutch engages. My dodge POS blows very cold instantly after you turn it on. I want my wife happy... plz help. Thank you.

You may need to remove the ac/heater fan under the dash, replace the cabin filter and clean the condenser behind inside there. They are quite often nasty enough to restrict air flow and cause the air not to blow as cold....

How do I get in there? I have the blower out. But no coils. I know where the coils are.... can't get to them. And my lines from firewall to the low pressure valve are ice cold. I think you are right.
