'01 Yukon Won't Idle when cold???

Even if the dealer says its OK? How much did it cost?

It was about 400. The part is around $100, plus 3 hrs labor. When I first took it to the deaer they didnt know what the hell was going on. I had to come here, find this info and then go tell them the problem.

Did the dealer find it bad or did you just replace it anyway?

To check for a bad intake gasket you can spray carb cleaner where the manifold meets the heads with the engine running. If you have a leak you will hear the engine's rpm's change. I've never had to replace the plenum either, but I still check then with a straight edge.
