    Thanks. Mine has the Autoride garbage and I want to get rid of it or, at a minimum, replace them myself to alleviate some of the cost. I don't think that I can get rid of the Autoride unless I leave the light on. I would have expected that this feature could be disabled, but evidently not...

    I am considering changing the shocks on my 2002 Yukon XL. Is this difficult to do? I have never changed sohcks before, but told that it is not a difficult task. I am trying to save the sky-high dealer fees if it is a realtively easy job.

    Thanks. I think that the Autoride is a worthless feature. I am sure that there are some that like it and may even need it, but I have never seen its benefit since I don't tow or load the rear end w/very much weight. I would prefer to get rid of it altogether and add more durable off-road...
