Sounds like they are giving you the run around. I don't think it's the active fuel management cuz I have a 08 Tahoe ls with the 4.8 which doesn't have that fuel management bull**** and my truck still hums.

Do you have any problems with your weathertech mats moving around up front. Mine fit good but they tend to move forward a bit every now and then. i wish there was something that would firmly hold them in place.
