I have a White 2007 Tahoe and if you notice the air dam is ugly because its a grayish black which doesn't look good on the white at all..
I was wondering if anyone ever tried painting it.. It does give a better MPG with it on though.. so I rather keep it on...

Check with your local auto body paint shop. It'll require a special primer and flex additive to the paint. They can fill you in.

I had a body shop paint mine, they do have to paint it differently as shark said because of the type of plastic it's made of.

I guess that would go for the mirrors too then huh? I hate having black mirrors. I know you can buy the paintable inserts but I want the whole mirror painted. Anyone have pics of what the whole mirror would look like painted?
