Some people on the sister forum [tahoeyukonforum.com] have had issues with fuel injectors but not leaky valves..At least that I am aware of..They were all 2015 Denali.
On my 2016 the rough idle comes and goes but not enough to make me complain to the dealer..Every vehicle I have owned [since my 1967 Impala] has done this...I generally find using Exxon-Mobil 87 regular makes it idle the smoothest.

I live in hot humid Miami Beach..If you use any other oil then what is posted on your oil cap [0w20] they could refuse to honor your warranty if you have a engine issue..That is the only oil the dealer uses.
I let the dealer change mine every so often but I usually let my independent mechanic...

I have 2016 Tahoe LT..You really do not want the first year production..There were some issues with the 2015..A/C and other stuff.
