I started using Marvel Mystery Oil in the oil (although not to the volume suggested) and gas. One, the oil stays cleaner longer - still golden at 5K oil change. Two, the truck runs smoother and mileage went from 14.5-15.1 mpg around town to 15.88 mpg around town on the last tank. The mileage difference also appeared in my Honda.
The 454 in my boat loves the stuff too.
