Yukon to Chevy HD Front clip swap.....whats involved?

I want to swap the front end of my 01 Yukon to a Chevy HD Front clip....what is involve?

what parts do i need?

does anyone sell a kit?

I know i will need the obvious parts like the the hood, fenders, lights, grill and bumper.....but do i need to swap the radiator support?

ill post up pics and a build thread as i do this

Ive started to collect the parts for this as well, to add to your list you will need the rad support, headlamp pigtails, inner wheel wells
