Won't start, battery/starter/alternator all good

I have an interesting situation. Car won't start. Get clicking sound along w/all electrical going down for about 10-15 seconds, then comes back. Weird thing is the car will start if I jump it. Makes you think battery for sure. But battery checks out. Also replaced starter and alternator to remove all doubt. Any ideas?

Sorry, 2003 Tahoe LT, 5.3 2WD w/AT. Not sure if that matters...

I'm not sure starter reley on starter or firewall check it jump it

Turns out it was the battery. AAA said it was fine. Popped in a new battery and fired right up. Oh well. Have new starter and alternator. Should be good for a while.
