Wheel Differences?

Hi guys, first time posting here.

I'm looking to downsize my wheels from 24's to 20's and I found some nice factory 20's for sale used. However the guy selling them is unclear on the exact year they came from - and I can't match them up since my vehicle is in the body shop.

So my question is, can I use a measuring tape to tell if they are definitely 09 and earlier models, or the 10 and up models? If so, what kind of measurement will I need to look for?

NM, I figured it out. It's really an issue of offset.
