I'm stuck in a rut here debating on either a set of hedman shorty headers or the hypertech max energy tuner. I do live in So Cal so i'm worried about passing smog tests and i dont want to sacrifice drivability as this is my daily driver. Oh, its an 01 5.3 L Lt in midnight blue with 97.5K on it. Pics to come soon... my camera took a beating in mountain high a couple weeks ago and refuses to work.

I would go with the max energy tuner and that is just because you said that it is your daily driver and trucks now days have a whole lot of electronic power that can be rearranged or what not. if it was just your toy then I would defenately go for the headers for more power and just tune it later. But thats jsut me.

oh haha, well first off i'm on my laptop so because my motherboard on my pc crapped out on me and it had all my tahoe pics, and as for the camera...me and a few buddies thought it would be funny to snowboard drunk....I got a little out of control off the step up box and landed on my camera

haha, yeah....so besides getting the camera fixed i'm leaning towards the tuner....maybe after a full tint in 5% limo.....hmmmmm.....
