What is this wire for and where does it plug in?!

Found thing hanging down on the driver side on my 96 4x4 chevy tahoe next to manifold/exhaust connection. Its wrapped in silver heat wrap and it looks like the other end hooks up behind the engine. Im hoping its the reason my ABS light is on :/ Hoping that one of yall could tell me where it hooks up or atleast what it is. Thanks!
