Sold a 2003 Navigator and traded a 2008 Accord to get our 2010 LT. The jury is still out on the Tahoe vs the Navigator, but I don't miss the Honda one bit.
Traded my '97 Bonneville SSE that I spent countless hours modifying (L26 w/3k miles on it, 4T65e w/HD 3.29 final gear, 2005 Impala PCM, HP Tuners, 3" exhaust, L67 TB, 24 lbs. injectors, etc). I actually don't regret the trade.
Funny thing...I got a Bonneville back after getting the Tahoe, this time around though it's an SSEi and an '01 model eace:
Not really a trade.
My 00 s10 xtreme had a 10,000$ stereo that someone wanted real bad. They did enough damage to the dash center console and door panels + the items lost to total her out.
Ran great so I took my insurance money, bought back the dime and sold it. Ended up with my pre runner. I fit much better in this truck then my mini
Still miss the dime though. It was my first vehicle.
leased an 08 LTZ, when lease was up i switched to a '11 grand cherokee overland with the hemi. it was cool for like 3 months... missed the tahoe so much. size and comfort are unmatched. and i was getting 12 mpg because the jeep was awd. traded in the jeep last week for the tahoe.
so happy to have purchased a 2012 LTZ 0 % financing helps too!! now im back to an all GM garage. My tahoe looks nice next to my 2010 camaro ss.
Traded 2008 Honda Element..i got the element because i thought it would have great gas milage and my daughters wheel chair fit in.... needles to say it only got 18.5mpg avg and i would much rather be driving a bad as truck that gets close to that and be extremely more comfortable!
2006 325i BMW. What I love about the BMW and I had to adjust for awhile, were the turn signals. The BMW was user friendly but this Tahoe of mine is such a beast. Loving it so far.
Traded a Black 2006 Dodge Ram Quad Cab, loaded 4x4, 100,000 kms, for a 2008 Tahoe Z71 4x4, also loaded. Tahoe has 70,000 kms on it. The truck was mine but now my wife drives the tahoe. She gave me her side swiped 05 ford focus stationwagon. Needless to say, thats gonna be outa here soon...looking for a nice mid 2000's tahoe or yukon.
I finally got rid of my crappy 2012 Lincoln MKX. What terrible vehicle as far as the operator/driver is concerned. Their electronics/information system is absolutely the worst thing I have ever experienced.
Also, the vehicle is really small inside. No room at all.
And lastly, the dealer's service department flat out lied to me. They said they had repaired/replaced a tire with a nail in it. I found out two day later that the tire hadn't even been touched! Could have blow any day while I was driving it!
Traded my 2002 Chevy Silverado 1500 and our 2008 Chevy Impala SS on our 2012 Tahoe LT2 4x4. I've got a work truck now, so we were barely driving both the other vehicles. Looking for a cheap jeep for me to mess around with now...
