11 and 16 these are my absolute favorites as they play new country, i listen to 16 more than 11 though as 11 is one of those stupid commercial channels.

In no real particular order, my favorites are:

150/151/153 - Comedy stuff. The Viagra / get rich quick stuff gets real old real fast tho.
70 - Real Jazz - occasionally.
48 - Squizz is cool, but I've been listening to talk radio alot more lately.
72 - Beyond Jazz - nice jazz fusion / experimental type stuff.
27 - Cinemagic - soundtracks.
77 - Audio Visions, nice, but too boring / cliche sometimes.

My current fav:
165 - Talk - Glenn Beck and Dave Ramsey!!!!

Mostly, when I'm not listening to XM I've got my MP3 player playing some ambient or prog-rock stuff, or I'm on the phone and not listening to anything really...
