What are Premium Ride Shocks?

Looking to lower a minimal amount a 2004 Z71 using possibly the Belltech setup. They offer two packages, one with Factory Premium Shocks and one Without?

Can someone tell me how to tell what is meant by Premium Shocks? I have a full build sheet for the car and don't see any reference except reference to Z71 suspension.

I read somewhere "The Premium shocks are huge, about the size of your leg, and the standard ones, well, are normal looking shocks."
