Want to put 2008 Yukon front end on 1995 2 door Yukon(Any tips?)

I have a 1995 GMC Yukon 2 door and I want to install the 2008 GMC Yukon front end on it. I have not located a kit for it so I will have to buy all the pieces separate(found them all for $1500). I know that it will take some modifying to make it fit and I am willing to do so. Just need a little advice from someone who has done it or know of someone that has done it. Please let me know of anything that may help me.
