In my 2010 LTZ, I here a sound that comes from engine or from underneath. It sounds like valves tapping but it only occurs at moderate speeds (30-40 mph) under light load - steady speed, no acceleration. I have tried 93 octane gas and no ethanol gas it the sound remained unchanged. I use Mobil 1 oil.
What could it be? Any parts of engine or transmission/drivetrain that would cause such a sound under those conditions?
