What would be a good tuner for my 2000 chevy tahoe, looking for more mpg and more h/p.

Custom tune is always better than handheld tuner, as it is suited to the small differences in an individual motor. Blackbear has a datalogger that you plug in and send back, you leave a deposit on the equipment but the total cost is only like maybe $200, cheaper than handhelds. yeah i would go with a custom tune as well, but if u want a hand held check out a diablo sport predator, they do lots of stuff and are under 400 bucks at autoanything.com
