Trim Interior Colors?! Confusion

Need some help. I don't know what GM calls Tahoe interior trim colors and want to find out. I've seen light tan, light gray, and dark gray colors.

I have what I call light gray. Does light gray = pewter?

And I've read pewter, neutral, and shale off the inside fuse box lid and seen everything under the sun listed as a color for these trucks on eBay, craigs, and other online sites. Which color is which to avoid mistakes?

Im not sure but I was just looking at your truck, and that thing would look sick if you painted the grill and bumpers black, and left the bowtie gold!

I found the 06 Tahoe brochure... interior choices are shown to be gray and tan. Hmmm....

Is Pewter gray or tan? Common sense tells me gray but the part I bought came in tan. What's up?!

Pewter is Grey and Shale is Tan. Those are the color names they used on the Denali's.

Yea, the auction said console was pewter but ... well... it's tan or shale or whatever. I need gray and thought pewter was gray. Well, to everybody else but that guy, I guess. Check out the difference.
